To book your party, please complete and submit the form below. You can choose to pay your party deposit of £25.00 online using our secure online payment gateway or pay later on.

Please Note: We will contact you on receipt of your booking request to confirm full details of your party and take any deposit payment (if applicable). If the requested date is not available, we will offer an alternative time or date for your party.

To avoid disappointment, please book at least 2 weeks in advance and give much detail as possible. Parties that have paid their booking deposit will get first refusal on any dates that overlap with other non-paid bookings.

Party Booking Terms & Conditions Please Note: These terms and conditions only apply to party bookings and deposits made using our online payment service via Google Checkout. Party deposits are only refundable on cancellation 14 days prior to the date of the party booking. Cancellations must be made in writing via post or email. Deposits cannot be returned beyond the 14 day pre-party grace period due to expenses incurred for cancellations, administration and disbursements. Refunds cannot be made in cash or as a gift/cash/credit note alternative. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if our terms and conditions have not been met. Terms and Conditions can change without prior notice. If your preferred party date or time is not available, in all instances we will offer an acceptable alternative date before offering refunds. All refunds will be deposited directly back to the original source from which funds were received by Espression Limited.
