Party Bookings (via our website)
On receipt of all booking requests, we will contact the payee to confirm full details of the party. If the requested date is not available, we will offer an alternative time or date for your party.
To avoid disappointment, please book at least 2 weeks in advance. Parties that have paid their booking deposit will get first refusal on any dates that overlap with other non-paid bookings.
Parties cannot be booked on days we are closed. Please contact us in advance to ensure your date is available.
Party deposits are only refundable on cancellation 14 days prior to the date of the party booking. Cancellations must be made in writing via post or email and must reach us in time before the 14 days window lapses.
Deposits cannot be returned beyond the 14 day pre-party grace period due to expenses incurred for food fees, decorations, administration and disbursements. Refunds cannot be made in cash or as a gift/cash/credit note alternative.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if our terms and conditions have not been met. Terms and Conditions can change without prior notice.
If your preferred party date or time is not available, in all instances we will offer an acceptable alternative date before offering refunds. All refunds will be deposited directly back to the original source from which funds were received by Espression Limited via our Google Checkout secure payment gateway.
Deposits will be deducted from your final party fees on payment of final fees on the day.

Consumption of Alcohol
Alcohol may only be consumed exclusively during parties by adults aged 21 or over at our premises if agreed in advance by a senior member of staff. If it is deemed inappropriate to consume intoxicating liquors or beverages i.e childen are present or your behaviour becomes unacceptable, we reserve the right to refuse any form of further consumption on our premises immediately.
A corkage fee of £2.00 per will be applied to every bottle of alchohol consumed at our premises, regardless of volume or units consumed.
General Terms of Parties
In booking a party with us and confirming the number of adults or childen attending, it is agreed that each of the attendees are expected to take part in a creative activity.
Those wishing to attend an adult party solely for the consumption of party foods and/or drink without the desire to participate in one of our creative activities will be expected to pay an additional fee of the cheapest item we have on offer or £5.00, which ever the greater to compensate for the loss of studio space to another potential customer.
Downloads
We have taken every reasonbaly precaution to ensure that any file that may be downloaded from this website has been checked for viruses and we advise you to carry out your own virus checks on a regular basis. Espression Limited does not accept liability for any damage or corruption sustained as a result of any software viruses or use or misuse of this website.

Registration & Payment Forms
Our sites registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address), and demographic information (like their post code).
Contact information from the registration forms is used to gain basic client contact information for sales and party booking enquiries. The customers contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Any payment details submitted is collected through our third party payment provider Google - we do not hold any payment details for any customers using our website under any circumstances.
Any issues resulting out of the use of our Google Checkout payment gateway should be raised directly with Google if the error or issue occured during the transaction process. Our website uses 256-bit encrypted SSL certification to process any data transmitted between our website and our third party Google Checkout payment gateway.

Voucher Terms
Only one voucher permitted per email subscriber. Vouchers are only valid for groups of up to four person. Vouchers may only be redeemed against standard studio purchases. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or party bookings.
